- They are transferable to another person but are non refundable.
- Vouchers are kept as an account credit on our system and the experience remains valid even if the physical voucher has been lost, so be sure to enter in their full name.

FAQ:
- This experience is purchased for one person at a time, a second person can join for an additional $20.
- Please allow approximately 50m For the standard infrared Sauna session. 40m in the sauna + 10m to rinse off.
- The voucher is transferable towards our other services if your loved one would prefer to experience something else.
