Chiropractic Therapy
Evidence-based spinal adjustments and joint mobilisation to relieve back pain, neck pain, headaches and improve mobility.
What chiropractic care does
Chiropractic therapy uses precise, hands-on adjustments to restore joint movement, reduce nerve interference and ease muscle tension around the spine and limbs. Our chiropractors combine traditional adjustments with low-force techniques, soft-tissue work and rehabilitation exercises tailored to you.
Common reasons people see us
- Back pain — lower-back strain, disc-related pain, sciatica
- Neck pain & headaches — from poor posture, desk work, screens
- Shoulder, hip and knee pain — sports and overuse injuries
- Posture issues — from prolonged sitting or repetitive movement
- Pre- and post-pregnancy — pelvic, hip and low-back support
- Performance & recovery — for runners, lifters, cyclists and weekend athletes
What to expect on your first visit
Your first session starts with a thorough history and a movement and posture assessment. We’ll explain what we find, what’s likely contributing, and how chiropractic care can help. If treatment is appropriate that day, we’ll begin with gentle adjustments and soft-tissue work. You’ll leave with a clear plan and any at-home exercises that make the work stick.
Combine with other therapies
A chiropractic adjustment lasts longer when the surrounding muscles aren’t locked up. Many of our patients pair adjustments with remedial massage, infrared sauna or floatation therapy in the same visit for deeper recovery.
