What floatation is

You lie back in a private tank filled with skin-temperature water saturated with around 500 kg of Epsom (magnesium) salt. The salt makes you float effortlessly — the water doesn’t even touch your skin. Lights off, lid closed, no sound, no gravity. For 60 minutes, your nervous system has nothing to react to.

Your first float

Arrive 10 minutes early. We’ll show you the tank, walk you through how everything works, and answer any “what if” questions (there’s no way to sink, lights are inside the tank, you control everything). After a quick shower you climb in and that’s it — 60 minutes that go by faster than you’d think.

Stack it with massage or sauna

A float before remedial massage drops your nervous system into a state where soft-tissue work goes deeper. A float after infrared sauna is a common recovery combo.
