We value and guarantee your personal space

We all need space, especially when we’re sweating it out in the sauna. Our Infrared sauna is big enough to fit three adults – but don’t worry. We will NEVER book you to sauna with a stranger, or anyone else without your request. We also never book more than two people in the sauna, and you can lock the door. That means you’re always free to stretch out, enjoy your space, and sauna in complete privacy and comfort.

Our WiFi is your WiFi.

With our wi-fi and built-in tablet, you can relax and catch up Netflix, check your Facebook – whatever takes your fancy.

Shower and Shine.

Our lockable sauna space includes a shower so you can rinse off that sweat before you leave. We provide colour-safe shampoo, conditioner, body-wash and fresh, clean towels to enhance that squeaky clean post-sauna feeling. Our powder room includes moisturiser, deodorant and a Dyson hair dryer, so as well as feeling ready to take on the world, you can walk out looking the part too.

Steam saunas only heat your body superficially – from the outside in, but Infrared waves penetrate deep into your body’s core to raise your temperature.
