Infrared Sauna in Sydney

Deep-tissue heat therapy to support circulation, recovery, sleep quality and post-training repair — with none of the harshness of a traditional sauna.

What makes infrared different

Traditional saunas heat the air around you. Infrared sauna heats you directly — safe infrared light penetrates several centimetres into muscle and tissue, raising core temperature without the suffocating air heat. The result: a deeper sweat at a more comfortable temperature, with effects closer to gentle exercise.

Benefits people use it for

  • Recovery — reduces post-workout muscle soreness and joint stiffness
  • Circulation — raises heart rate and dilates blood vessels (cardio-like response)
  • Sleep — the post-sauna drop in body temperature triggers deeper sleep
  • Detoxification — deeper sweat helps eliminate heavy metals and toxins
  • Pain relief — chronic joint pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia
  • Skin health — clearer pores, better tone, improved elasticity

How a session works

Sessions run 30 or 40 minutes. We pre-heat the cabin so you walk in to your ideal temperature. Towels, water and a quick shower are all available. Most people feel calm, light and clear-headed for hours afterwards.

How often?

For general wellness, 1–2 sessions per week. For acute recovery (post-event, post-injury, illness), 3–4 sessions per week for the first fortnight then back to maintenance.

Sauna + recovery stack

Pair infrared sauna with floatation therapy or remedial massage on the same visit for the deepest recovery combo we offer.
