Pregnancy massage isn’t regular massage with a pillow under your belly — the techniques, positioning, depth and focus areas are all adapted to each trimester. We use proper pregnancy pillows for safe side-lying, and avoid pressure points and positions contraindicated during pregnancy.

Is it safe?

Massage from properly-trained pregnancy therapists is widely recommended throughout pregnancy. Most women can start receiving pregnancy massage from the second trimester onward, and many continue right up to delivery. If you have a high-risk pregnancy, we’ll always check with your obstetrician first.
